Mirror

This painting is of a tiny part of the glorious scenery in the Lake District. It shows a partially hidden roadway at the bottom of  imposing hills, represented in a semi-abstract style. The scene is reflected in the still water of the lake which, with the blue sky and warm hillside colours, steers my mind to gentle autumn days.
